THREE Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

There are days when we get the sudden sweet cravings but do not want to bake something fancy or elaborate for it. This happens especially during the busy weekdays, with all the work going on, but you want to eat something sweet. We tried these three ingredient cookies during one of those days and were surprised with how good it turned out! Soft cookies that do not require any flour, filled with flavor, and the best part is that they are healthy as well! If you love Peanut Butter like we do, you need to try this bake because they are perhaps the easiest cookies you will make. Here is how you can go about making these flourless, sugar free cookies:

INGREDIENTS (This recipe makes 4-5 large cookies): 4 tbsp sugar free peanut butter
1 egg (substitute : 4 tbsp flax egg with 1 tbsp water soaked for 10 minutes)
3-4 tbsp honey

1. Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes
3. Line a cookie tray with parchment paper and scoop out shapes for cookies
4. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated microwave oven for 20-25 minutes till they are golden and baked!
5. Allow them to cool and consume with tea or coffee or milk!

Recipe notes:
1. Please use the thick, creamy peanut butter for this recipe. Not the liquid kind, otherwise the cookies won’t set.
2. These are not the typical crunchy cookies as they don’t have flour, they are soft cookies.
3. Freezing the batter is important
4. Double the recipe to bake more cookies
5. You can add sugar/brown sugar/coconut sugar instead of honey.
