Homemade Granola – The story of Vinita Bhatnagar

An IT Architect, healthy homebaker, food blogger and mother, Vinita wears many hats when it comes to her daily life. She is passionate about food, how it is presented and specially, in making it healthy. ‘I am a beauty freak, I like my food to be presented beautifully’, she says, during the video shoot. Her son, Abhimanyu, loves to munch on her healthy bakes and sometimes, even assists her to make them! Vinita specializes in gluten free and sugar free baking. She uses alternative sugars such as coconut sugar, palm sugar, jaggery powder or others, in order to avoid the harmful and processed white sugar. ‘You will never find white sugar at my home or in my bakes’, says Vinita.

Her venture or blog, in the name of ‘Soulbakes’, is known to and loved by fitness enthusiasts, health freaks, diabetic people, who want to eat something sweet, but at the same time, not harm their body. Vinita bakes on orders, in her free time or to cater to social events like distribution to orphans, old age homes.
