Based out of the city of Mumbai, Priyanjali is a food stylist and photographer who knows how to present the simplest of dishes in the most beautiful manner. If you take a look at her blog or Instagram page, ‘Oh so delish’, you will understand why we are saying that. She is a one woman army as she bakes healthy, styles the food, clicks the images and also manages her blog all by herself! And, did we mention that she is a full time mother to the most adorable 5 year old boy?

Priyanjali does not have any fancy setup, equipments or techniques when it comes to doing what she does. It is her eye for detail, creativity and passion that makes the extraordinary out of the ordinary. When we walked in for the shoot at her place, we expected to see a photo studio, lights, maybe gadgets for the photography. But, to our surprise, there was none of that! It was a regular household and natural sunlight that is used for making the best of the food images prepared at home.

Healthy Baking is not everyone’s cup of tea, but those who truly understand and practice it, they know the method to get the bakes perfect. Priyanjali is one of them as she is experienced and experiments on a daily basis to develop recipes for her blog as well as to give her son the best of the homemade bakes.

We went to shoot the video at her place on a fine sunny morning and learned how to make a healthier version of the classic Donuts. Let us learn how to bake them at home!
