
Healthiest 10 Minute Smoothie Bowl you need to make!
Smoothie Bowls are a quick, healthy, filling breakfast or post workout option that one can have readily, without making too much of a fuss. We love smoothie bowls for this very reason and the fact that it tastes really good! Sharing with you our favorite smoothie bowl recipe:
INGREDIENTS-
4 Frozen Medium size Bananas (Freeze for 2-3 hours)
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Vanilla essence
½ tbsp Honey
1 Cup Soya Milk/Almond Milk/Regular Milk (We use Soya Milk)
½ tbsp Sugar Free Peanut Butter
Chia Seeds, Blueberries, Pomegranate for garnish
METHOD:
1. Blend all the ingredients, except the ones for garnish, in a blender.
2. Add a little more milk, if required, to get a good consistency.
3. Serve the smoothie in a glass or bowl and garnish with sliced bananas, honey, blueberries, dry fruits, chia seeds and ingredients of your choice.
